Old Mutual Rewards Mother’s Day Competition Terms and Conditions

These are the standard terms and conditions for the Old Mutual Rewards Mother’s Day Competition. Participation in the Competition is accepted in adherence to these Terms and Conditions.

1. This competition is conducted and promoted by Old Mutual Rewards, featuring brand partners including @home, American Swiss, Bash, Jet Home, Mangwanani Spa, Nando’s, NetFlorist, Sorbet, Spur, Sterns, TFG, and Woolworths.
2. The competition starts on Tuesday 30 April 2024 and ends on Sunday, 12 May 2024 (Competition period).
3. Old Mutual Rewards members who redeem their points during the competition will receive a 20% discount on vouchers.
4. To be eligible for a 20% discount, participants (you) must:
   1. Be an Old Mutual Rewards member.
   2. Your Old Mutual Rewards account must be active, and you must have accepted the Old Mutual Rewards Terms and Conditions.
5. The competition prize:
   1. Old Mutual Rewards members who redeem their points for a voucher at the selected partners during the competition period will be entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win one of six R500 NetFlorist vouchers.
   2. There will be six (6) winners.
6. How to win the prize:
   1. You must be an Old Mutual Rewards member. If you are not, then join now www.oldmutual.co.za/rewards
   2. You must redeem your points for a voucher from @home, American Swiss, Bash, Jet Home, Mangwanani, Nando’s, NetFlorist, Sorbet, Spur, Sterns, TFG, and Woolworths during the competition period to be entered into the competition draw.
   3. Every points redemption for a voucher from the selected partners during the competition period earns you an entry into the competition draw.
   4. The following persons, although meeting the criteria in 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3, do not qualify to win a R500 NetFlorist voucher, but can still earn a 20% discount at the selected partners:
   5. directors, employees, agents of, consultant or any similar individuals connected to the Old Mutual Group of companies.
   6. Entries into the lucky draw will only be accepted if members meet the requirements above.
7. How will the prize be awarded?
   1. After the competition's closing date, the winners will be selected through a random draw from the successful entries received.
   2. Once the six lucky winners have been selected, Old Mutual Rewards will attempt to call each of the winners by phone to inform them they have won a R500 NetFlorist voucher.
   3. Winners will be contacted via mobile/phone at least three times over two days. If the winner remains unreachable after the third attempt, they will forfeit the prize, and another member will be selected as the winner. Winners who were successfully contacted via mobile/phone, will receive an email or SMS with confirmation of their winnings and be awarded their prize within 30 working days of being contacted. This email/ SMS will contain the winner’s R500 NetFlorist voucher with instructions about how and when to use the voucher.
   4. NetFlorist voucher winners will be announced by 12 June 2024.
   5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
   6. This voucher will be valid for 3 years and can only be used at NetFlorist.
8. Old Mutual Rewards retains full discretion to choose the winners. If a dispute arises, the decision of the competition judges will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. You as the member, are responsible for providing Old Mutual Rewards with your correct contact details to ensure that you receive your prize. Old Mutual Rewards will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided.
10. By participating in this competition, you agree to us including your name in our publications and social media platforms.
11. You may not obtain a prize if it is unlawful for us to supply such a prize to you. If you do not qualify to receive such a prize, you will forfeit it.
12. Old Mutual Rewards reserves the right to terminate this competition immediately and without any prior notice. In the event of such a termination, all entrants lose any rights which they may have against Old Mutual Rewards and acknowledge that they will have no recourse to any claim of any sort.
13. Old Mutual Rewards has the right to disqualify any member if it believes that the member:
    1. has not complied with these rules; or
    2. has tried to unfairly influence the outcome of their competition entry.
